Richie is employing techniques as described by marketing guru Mark Hughes, author of Buzz Marketing. One technique he is using successfully is what's called "Advertising to Advertise." Richie advertised in Craig's list for three days, and the day of his appearance, that he was an Exotic's Talent Scout looking for beautiful women wanting to be models. He announced he was going to be at a certain night club on Long Island on Friday night from 10pm to Midnight, and when he got there at 10: 30 there was already 45 women waiting for him. Now that's how to draw attention and create buzz!

The night club owner was thankful for Richie selecting his club and has worked out a weekly promotion for them to mutually benefit.

As a photographer and videographer, Oma has certainly taken advantage of the Talent Scout opportunities. She has invested in some new top digital cameras, and top quality video equipment so that she can do ads for escorts, strippers, and models, and shoot videos for Cyber Charmers, or Videos for any adult entertainer's needs for advertising or content.

Alan actually started our conference calls, and is total team player. On the weekends, he's been going to night clubs and strip clubs, meeting with the girls and club management. For an opportunity to co-promote, Alan is getting the nightclub's doormen to hand out Talent Scout post cards, and the bartenders to serve drinks on Talent Scout coasters. In turn we give the club three free months of advertising. This is a nice win win for all.

Shaun has a small agency in Las Vegas where he manages a few models, male and female. He's a great photographer and he has solid industry connections, getting his people wok in Playboy special editions, Hustler, Penthouse, Vivid, Maxim, FHM, Las Vegas Hotrod girls. By using the contacts he already has he is quickly spreading the word and quite successfully. One of the strippers he knows is actually handing out Talent Scout Business cards  to her customers, after every lap dance.

Jon has already taught us something about thinking differently. While most of us Talent Scouts have profiles on MySpace and are trying to meet girls who might want to go up on our modeling and dating sites and we've all managed to gain a couple of hundred gals as friends over the past month, Jon created a profile as a girl and has drawn nearly 1,000 friends as perspective Talent Scouts in less than two weeks. It's this  kind of innovative thinking that will have Jon being one of our very successful Talent Scouts.
