Booking
Commissions
If
one of YOUR Models gets booked, or a Model in your Level
2 or 3 downline gets booked, commissions will be paid
based on the following schedule.
1.
You get 5% of the Booking Fee if the Model booked
is YOUR Model.
2.
You get 3% of the Booking Fee if the Model booked
belongs to a Talent Scout in your 2nd level down line.
3.
You get 2% of the Booking Fee if the Model
booked belongs to a Talent Scout in your 3rd level down
line.
For
Illustration Purposes, let's say a model gets booked for
4 hours at a rate of $250 per hour, for a $1,000.
For
the $1,000 Booking Fee...
...You would get $50 (5%)
if the model booked is YOUR model.
...You would get
$30 (3%) if the model booked is in your 2nd level downline.
...You would get $20 (2%)
if the model booked is in your 3rd level downline.
*All three levels are paid each and every time
a model is booked!

Multiple
Commissions on Referrals and Bookings
Commissions
can really get confusing if a client books multiple models
for a job, and the models all belong to different Talent
Scouts, or are at different levels within a Talent Scout's
downline.
The
Following Example again is for Illustration Purposes,
and this one can get crazy and confusing.
Let's
Say you hear that Harley Davidson is shooting a Calander
and they need 12 models (obviously one for each month
of the year). You happen to know someone at XYZ Photo
Studios, who was contracted by Harley Davidson to shoot
the calander. If they visit the Exotics-Models.com website
and just happen to choose 4 girls for the calander, you
would be rewarded by being paid 5% referral commissions
for each of the four girls that were booked.
And
it doesn't stop there!
Let's
say, of the four girls selected, that...
Girl 1 just happens to be one of YOUR models. YOU would
then receive 5% of her booking fee because you happen
to be that girl's Talent Scout.
If
Girl 2 belongs to a Talent Scout in your 2nd level, you
would then get 3% of her booking fee.
And
if Girls 3 and 4 just happens to belong to a Talent Scout
in your 3rd level, you would get 2% of both their booking
fees.
There
are endless possibilities and combinations of Booking
Commissions and Referral Commissions and it can be mind
boggling, but you can see how the possibilities can add
up.
No
Matter the Job, In All Bookings... Referring Talent Scouts
and Booking Talent Scouts: will receive 5%, 3%, or 2%
commissions based their relationship to the Referring
Talent Scout and the Models that are booked.

*About
Industry Booking Rates:
Hourly
Rates can vary from a Couple Hundred Dollars and Hour
(or Scene for video), to as high as a Thousand Dollars
or more per Day (for top notch and established Talent)
. The Length of bookings can vary from as little as a
few hours to as much as a few days depending on the job.
Since Talent Scouts will be negotiating on behalf of their
talent, it is important for Talent Scouts to familiarize
themselves with the going rates in the industry, and then
to honestly assess their talent's Marketability and Experience
accordingly.
